Free Sample
We offer 1st FREE SAMPLE to new customer! We don’t charge any sampling fees for regular customers.
However, some embellishments requiring mould or some special printing needs to be charged back since they are coming from our suppliers.
Sample usually takes about 10 days and production time of bulk takes about 25-35 days.
Sampling stage
After you submit your tech pack, our team will check the content and quote you.
Once the price/qty are confirmed, we work on the creation of the sample. Our team will search first the fabric swatch and show you the closest fabric color according to your tech pack. Then we will purchase a few yards of fabric with the vendor. In the same time, we prepare the embellishments of your logo(s) like digitalizing your logo for embroidery machine or sublimation machine, preparing meshs for screen printing, making sweatband woven label/taping, making mould for embossed/debossed process, etc…
Once we got the fabrics, our sample room will proceed to the cutting. According to the style and the shape choosen in the tech pack, we cut the fabrics thanks on the papers patterns (different panels and visor).
We show you the embellishments by pictures before sewing the cap (sew-out of embroidery, printing, metal badge, woven label, taping, etc…)
After your approval, we sew the entire cap with your custom embellishments. Thus, you can follow and approve the different steps throughout the sampling stage to make the perfect cap sample and then go to the production stage.
Of course, we send you the pictures of the sample in 6 different angles and send you by Air Express to check it in hand.
